Details:
The BoiE UltraViolet is a heavy duty shock ozone treatment* machine that uses ozone producing UV-C light, rather than corona discharge. The UltraViolet is the most powerful, compact UV Light ozone generator on the market today, and at a fraction of the cost of bulkier systems. The 10,000 mg/hr model uses a series of space-saving U-shaped optics (ca.10 linear ft.) inside a 15-inch wide case and weighs just 14 lbs.

We designed the UltraViolet to be the perfect ozone generator for any job, especially in hot, humid conditions where corona discharge ozone generators have problems. The UltraViolet always works regardless of conditions and does not produce nitric oxide byproducts. At 50 percent humidity, the UltraViolet will outperform a corona discharge generator that is rated 3 times higher. Everyone who uses ozone should consider owning the UltraViolet, especially to do work in high-moisture conditions.

How it Works:
The UltraViolet is as rugged as it is powerful, yet light and easy to carry. The unit's IPX7 certified rugged case is designed for the harshest environments on the planet and can be opened for service and locked for safety. The internal framework is all solid aluminum, including an internal V-shield that prevents UV-C radiation from escaping and harming the eyes while the machine is running.The ozone output can be toggled between half or full power depending on the size of the treatment area and the length of treatment.

The BoiE UltraViolet has a powerful intake fan in the rear that forces fresh air directly through the optics, blasting the ozonated air out the front. The rear fan guard has a filter that can be cleaned or replaced by removing two screws. The optics inside can be pulled out and replaced without any tools. A removable duct attachment on the front of the unit can be used to funnel ozone into vehicles, air ducts and small spaces, just like BoiE corona discharge SHOCK models.

The unit is simple to operate, service or repair and will never become obsolete. Comes with BoiE's marine-grade, straight-blade universal power Inlet that accepts standard extension cords, allowing you to leave the tangled power cords behind, and marine-grade AC receptacle to connect equipment such as fans or additional ozone generators.

*Shock Ozone Treatment
A minimum ozone concentration of 10 parts per million is required to reach an effective germ/virus/mold-killing level. Don't be fooled by "metal box" ozone generators that claim to shock treat large spaces with a small or unspecified amount of ozone. Approximately 1,000 mg/hr of ozone is required to shock treat 100 sq. ft. Low-power ozone generators may leave an ozone scent but odors will quickly return.

** VH lamps generate energy at 185-nm and produce the most ozone possible from a UV wavelength, approximately 85% more ozone production than the non-VH lamps used in most consumer ozone machines.
